Silk Screen Printing
A screen of porous material is used as a stencil for ink which is deposited onto our drives as a hard edged logo. Silk Screen Printing is available for nearly all of our product. It is the most requested printing method. It can be done in single or multiple colors.
Full Color Pad Printing
Small Silicon Pads are used to pick up a small layer of ink, and to deposit them onto any shaped surface. This one-step imprinting process allows us to create full color imprints on some of our models. This method is often used when there are gradual colors or more than 4 colors in the logo, mostly on Credit card shape USB Drives, Leaves an impression of logo onto the surface with full color pictures.
Laser Engraving
Laser Engraving is a computer aided process which uses a laser beam to engrave onto the surface of usb flash drives. This method is available on the material of metal,wood,,silicone and even plastic now
Dome Printing
Our Dome Imprinting process utilizes a full color process printed logo covered with an acrylic dome, giving us a very durable, full color logo option. It can be used in few of our product such as Swivel and Magnifico models, which has an area to stick the epoxy dome. Epoxy dome looks very shiny so that the logo could look more colorful under the epoxy dome. The logo has many different colors, gradient colors or photographic image is very suitable for this method.
